My visit to CityMD was a great experience because the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was quick and organized, which made the visit stress-free. The medical team listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided efficient care in a clean and comfortable environment. I appreciated how respectful, compassionate, and knowledgeable everyone was throughout the visit.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I came in with severe food poisoning and was treated like a burden from the moment I arrived. The staff were dismissive, rude, and seemed annoyed by both me and my brother, who was accompanying me. At one point, I was extremely sick and unable to respond immediately, and instead of showing compassion, I was scolded. When we asked for an ambulance, the response felt equally dismissive and uncaring. I understand healthcare workers are busy, but patients who are scared, vulnerable, and seeking medical help deserve basic kindness and empathy. I left feeling worse than I did when I arrived. No way to treat a patient.
