The front desk staff was pleasant, but the P.A Ryan Logan was very nasty. He made me feel uncomfortable. unprofessional conduct and inadequate care. He was hurting me during my visit. Persisting to shoved the thermometer down my throat While I explained to him that he was being rough. Ryan Response was “honey please No I’m not” which is not professional. I explained the force you’re using hurts. No compassion whatsoever. Not sure what his frustration was about. I know the clinic was closing soon, so maybe that had something to do with it but regardless of what that is not good patient care practice. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Went here on one occasion when I had an issue. The doctor was *EXTREMELY* rude, berated me over my health, and did nothing. I still got charged a copay. The disgusting attitude needs to stop. This is people's health, time, and money. There's nothing "bold and empowered" about this kind of garbage behavior. Disgusting.
