Both times I have used this location were great. Everyone who I have encountered at the office have all been pleasant and put me at ease. I don’t remember the first doctor’s name (last year) but he was thorough in his exam and I had no lingering issues later on. This time I made sure to get their names: Jonathan (intake nurse/nursing assistant), and Dr. Nancy. Reception as well was nice. I recommend visiting this location for sure. It’s in downtown Brooklyn, right off Fulton. *Note, currently their elevator isn’t functioning so there are a couple landings of stairs to use.

The doctor I saw was helpful and professional, but the referral process was extremely frustrating. I was referred to an orthopedic specialist and was assured (after staff called the office in front of me) that they accepted my insurance. When I arrived, I was told they do not accept my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket. As a result, I wasn’t able to be seen at all. This was a complete waste of time and could have been avoided with proper verification. There needs to be a more reliable system in place to confirm insurance before sending patients to outside providers.
