I’ve come here a couple of times and I was worried because I’ve heard stories about doctors at urgent care, but luckily for me I landed in great hands. Franny, Dr. Berg, and Dr. Halligan are incredible people, which is key here. They always treat you with kindness, care, understanding, and are really empathetic. They are very intelligent intellectually and emotionally, which are really important characteristics of great medical professionals. Each time I’ve come here I’ve been stressed and anxious, but i left impressed each time. After seeing them I’ve been floored at how great they are and my experience may be unique , but please if you read this tell them at the front desk the Taurus guy sent you to see Dr. Berg Franny and Dr. Halligan.

Terrible experience! I was the first patient to come in at 8am. I always try to be super polite and friendly when I go to urgent care because I know they have to deal with some insufferable people. The front desk ladies were dismissive and rude. I have government healthcare insurance right now and they looked at my paperwork like it was a disease itself. I was still super friendly. The nurse came to get me - I greeted him nicely and said good morning. No response. He asked all the “right questions” but could tell he didn’t care about what I was saying. The doctor came in and I tried to keep it light by making a joke. I said I was doing swell because my eye was swollen. He didn’t respond at all and just started robotically asking questions. He became super sarcastic when I asked about what he was going to do. I started to cry because of his sarcastic mean tone. He asked what was wrong and I said “I’m trying my best to take care of this while being unemployed on government healthcare and your sarcasm is not helpful.” He didn’t apologize. This is the second time I’ve been here and had an awful experience. Matthew Spitzer is the doctor - avoid at all cost!
