All of the staff was very kind. I was on day 12 of not feeling well and had left 2 other urgent care visits in the last week with no answers as to why I was feeling so poorly (different from this location). The nurse that did all the Covid, flu, strep, and mono tests on me was very gentle despite how uncomfortable these tests can be. Once my tests revealed I had mono, Dr Medero was very thorough in explaining the virus to me and all the proper care I should be taking as I continue to let it run its course.

I did not have a long waiting time before seeing a doctor. He was pleasant and caring. He gave me the proper treatment and explained what he was doing and what I should expect from the treatment.
