Incredible service and very good doctor. I called in ahead of time for an appointment. They were ready for me. They quickly processed my insurance and got me to see a Doctor Who was very knowledgeable and very thorough. They took their time with me and I believe I got exceptional care. I highly recommend this clinic.

Visited this location first thing on a Monday morning and experienced no wait time. Dr. Monk handled my case and was pleasant and knowledgeable enough, no complaints. The doctor who called to give me my results, however, was less than satisfactory. Dr. Wong was harsh in delivering sensitive results, cold in his explanation of next steps, and rushed to get off the phone without offering me an opportunity to ask questions. Additionally, when I called back to confirm the dosage he prescribed me was sufficient he assured me it was correct, anything else would be "overkill", and that he didn't want to overprescribe medication. After multiple Google searches - I know, nothing worse than a patient who trusts Google more than a doctor - I concluded I was under prescribed the medication that was *essential* to improving my condition. Thankfully the next day I had an opportunity to talk Dr. Ko who was truly a ray of sunshine and confirmed my suspicion. Dr. Wong had indeed under prescribed my medication, but luckily Dr. Ko was quick to send off the correct prescription with the appropriate dosage. Dr. Ko even called several hours later to give me additional advice on how best to take the medication to have optimal results. Dr. Ko made this less than ideal experience a bit more bearable and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. Ultimately I'd visit this location again, but would call ahead to see who the doctor on call is before going in.
