I am so grateful to have both Dr Bailey and Camille at this facility. Not only do they treat patients medically with the utmost professionalism and detail but they are also very warm and friendly and make you feel very much at home and cared for. They both know me very well, I am a regular there, always going in there for a tune-up when my asthma and osteoarthritis gets severe. I am so grateful and so lucky to have this facility literally right across the street from me. What a fantastic asset to have in our neighborhood. Thanks again, K. P.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office on April 29,th 2026 AM The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional—they would not buzz patients in after using restroom because they were constantly on their phones and not paying attention. It created unnecessary delays and frustration before even being seen. Additionally, my privacy was not respected during my visit. The doctor who attended to me loudly discussed the tests I needed and spoke about my personal medical information in a way that could easily be overheard by others. She was laughing and joking with the other workers about testing yelling out my test they needed to run This made me very uncomfortable and is not acceptable in a medical setting. I am completely embarrassed !! Overall, the lack of professionalism and disregard for patient privacy made this a negative experience. I hope improvements are made to ensure better service and confidentiality in the future. Someone needs to give this doctor (terecia-Ann burgess)-pa some training on HIPPA this is unacceptable!!!
