ClearSound Hearing honestly changed my life. I was absolutely petrified of going to the audiologist, but the first person I saw was so patient, kind, and encouraging that I ended up getting hearing aids after needing them for decades. (I will say that there was one audiologist who was quite cruel, however, she no longer works there and the practice did everything they could to make it right when something went wrong. This, to me, is a good sign!) They're highly attentive, always able to squeeze me in for an appointment, and give me great advice on how to maintain my hearing. I am forever grateful to ClearSound Hearing for helping me find out what I'd been missing out on for years. Please, if you are nearby and need to go see an audiologist, make an appointment. You'll be surprised what is waiting for you on the other side of hearing technology.

The last time I went to an appointment, I was so disappointed by the level of service first the doctor said they didn't take my insurance once I pointed out she was wrong then she said that I would need a hear cleaning before exam but it wasn't covered by the insurance I would have to pay for it. Folks it's a scam don't waste your time they will find something so that you have to give them money. If I could give them 0 star I would. Anyway I have called the better business bureau on them if you get a bad experience report to BBB.
