Do not recommend unless you absolutely don’t have any other options. I went in to treat an infection. When I asked the doctor why and how I contracted the infection, he shrugged me off and rushed me out of the office. I had to look it up on Google. When the antibiotics he prescribed me ended up making things worse, I called to change my medication. This was never done. Luckily I started feeling better due to my own rest and home remedies. Despite all of this, I went in for my follow up and the doctor completely mistook me for another patient, arguing with me about MY symptoms for a whole minute before conceding that he was looking at the wrong patient file. I was then told that I needed a CAT scan and ANOTHER follow up. I complied and they told me that the office would notify me of when insurance approved the scan. Two weeks go by, radio silence. Once again, I was left feeling completely abandoned and discarded by these medical professionals. In retrospect, it feels like they kept trying to prescribe me different meds/scans to make money off of my appointments. I have no hard proof of this, but it is what I gather based on my prior interactions. All in all, this office is disorganized, unwelcoming, and ineffective. If you have a serious issue, strongly consider any other ENT in the city before coming here.
