I’ve been at this center for most of 10 years, A NIGHTMARE, worst center hands down. In the beginning when I first started it was ok, we had a real administration team, it was ran by a company called Rogerson. Social Worker Troy Gordon was always available on sight everyday and he got things done for the patients, We had a real staff, when I say real, the workers actually wer employed by the center and consistent versus now only per-dium workers from agencies and not actually employed by the center, which allows for things such as arriving to the center and it being closed with no heads up for the patients, Holidays specifically this year Newyears and X-mas Patients arrived gates were down and we did not receive treatment, they were no plans in place in case of an incident as such, no one cares. Or how about the hvac system which has been broken and bandaged for at least 7 years , imagine being on a machine for about 3-4:30 hrs summer time but yet the centers temp was hotter than outside, which is a breeding ground for infection, Dialysis unit should never be hot , winter or summer, The machines are old broken down and decrepit Many leaks from roof and Bio room, something is always malfunctioning up there, they reuse dialysate fluid, wall boxes never all work at the same time , some on jugs some not, we have not a social worker doctors barely visit, despite all the complaints to the owners about the negligence of the center , nothing’s done, the owners are also nephrologist as well and really more concerned with money and not the patients health, and will do anything to save money at the patients expense. Very often we were out of vital medications which should never happen, at a properly ran place they should always be a reserved stock for emergencies, and to top it off if you are not aware of what your medications and treatment should be, they will never tell you, I always recognize and point it out, so what they did is always made sure my meds were there even if no one else had they made sure I had , because I’m aware and speak up.Many of the good worker’s with moral ethics leave after seeing the place is corrupted they don’t do anything to make us comfortable,. They are like robots on an assembly line, no one uses common sense There is a nurse Evilin Fidman that breaks all the rules and puts everyone at risk for infection. I have observed her many times giving medication to patients without gloves mask or white coat. She Is on her cellphone , very lazy always put the workload on the new people especially. Evilin is very touchy geeky with the male workers and patients, and her hygiene is horrible. She is very incompetent when it o comes to her job, and that’s scary. NAlmost none of the patients want her to touch them, she is a bully to who allows her to be, for instance our clean up lasy Miss Lizzy, very timid head always down, but when she is there she keeps the place fresh and clean, well Evilin one day as Lizzy was leaving her jumped in front her and demanded she open her bag so she see what she had , insinuating she was stealing and Lizzy did not deserve that, and why was she targeted and no one else? There is so much too talk about Regarding this place and it’s gross negligence . Dr. Shein owner and nephrologist is horrible person, all the owners are. They are about a buck and not patients well being. On the coldest day of 2023 , the patients arrived half way open gate . There was an older man standing under the gate, no one answered the bell when they were clearly there, charge nurse Evil-Lin did not post signs or anything to direct the patient to the back, so being that I know the back door is open I went to the back , as I open the door Evilin was trying to beat me there but she could not.. we have many floods ,to the point where nurseJune had to shut it down, because the whole unit was flooded qnd the ceiling opened up., evertime Ioro contact them they would say the issues were fixed but indeed they were not.
