This place is extremely terrible and unprofessional. When I made the appointment and I specifically requested that I need to have an ultrasound and it’s put into the note. The next day the office when I be there, just told me that they have new policy and they can’t provide the service if MD is not there. I have waited there for over 40 mins without doing anything, just wasting my time. This is not how you treat the patient who need the checkup and it has been communicated beforehand. Do not come to this office for your own benefit as they will come up with something new and reject you. They are not reliable. Apology is not accepted. Not even worth one star. To respond to the management’s response below: First of all, this is not a delay. The office could not provide the service as scheduled and as communicated. Who can trust a medical place if patient has communicated the service needed and note has been put in the system but ended up getting rejected after patient showed up in the place 40 mins? The only reason I can think of is nobody in this place cares. In addition, you mention the reason of failure in providing the service is due to medical guidance, safety, availability of service provider and etc. As a medical place, you should be responsible for all these factors and coordinate all these factors. If you can’t meet those requirements, do not accept patient and make appointments. I do not understand why patient is always the party suffering something that is not their fault but the fault of others in the medical place. The proper checkup is the only reason that I came to this place and this simple requirement was not met. When the front desk communicated to me that they were not the person who made appointments for me, it sounded to me as it’s none of their responsibility but I have to say for what I experienced today someone must be responsible within this place. As front desk, I waited such long time and were informed the service could not be provided. At least you could call me today before I showed up instead of wasting my time. The response sounds sincere but in fact it’s all fake as I did not get the right treatment timely and nobody in this place cared when I were there. I would suggest every woman read this comment and consider whether going to this place or not because my experience will happen on you. As obgyn, every woman expects caring and professional services which I do not see in this place.

I am pregnant and went to my first and second doctor's visit there. The front desk ladies are terrible. They are not nice, they don't care about you, they aren't welcoming or friendly, they don't make you want to be there, they don't look you in the eyes or help you with anything you need. The office is dirty and with mismatched and broken furniture. For the amount of money paid per visit and tests, they should have a prime office, but it is not the case. The nurses are somewhat nice and smiling, but they aren't very knowledgeable. And I was never seen by a doctor in my 2 visits. I had questions and concerns that weren't answered and I am changing doctors because this is not how it should be. I am extremely disappointed with the office and the system. Do NOT recommend it and will NOT go back.
