I had a great experience at this clinic, and I especially want to highlight the receptionists Colene Francis. From the moment I checked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She was super nice, gentle calm, and made my check-in easily. She made the process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions patiently, and handled everything efficiently and had a great attitude the whole time. Her positive attitude and attention to detail about everything made a big difference in my visit. Excellent patient service like this really stands out. Thank you Colene for being super kind and welcoming. Definitely appreciated!

The staff seemed nice. Waited for 1h30min and then left because I had other obligations. I think 15-30min past your appointment is normal wait time. They did apologize before I left but no one notified me of the delayed before or when i got there. I can't speak about the quality of the doc. But definitely their office management can improve.
