I would not recommend this practice based on my experience. I came to Arcadia OB/GYN for pregnancy care while already dealing with fibroids and ongoing pain. From the beginning, my concerns were not taken seriously. My symptoms were minimized and not properly documented, which later affected my medical leave and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Messages went unanswered, and at times staff spoke about my condition despite not examining me. I repeatedly expressed that I was in pain and needed support, but I did not feel heard. The most concerning part of my experience was what happened after I suffered a pregnancy loss. Despite informing the office, there was no follow-up, no outreach, and no acknowledgment of what I was going through. That level of lack of empathy during such a serious and emotional situation is something no patient should experience. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere to receive proper documentation and support. Patients deserve: * to be heard * to have their symptoms taken seriously * and to receive compassionate care, especially during pregnancy complications and loss Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. And I pray no other woman experiences this. Don't waste your time and energy on this practice. You'll need all your strength and sanity for your baby.
