Dr. Adotama actively listened was informative and eased my mind with answering and addressing my concerns with what treatments he could provide for my son rare condition. I know he was God sent! Google review (Lianne Archer-Grascia): Terrible experience with this office. The first time I made an appointment in thr Fall, they canceled my appointment but no one ever called me, they did it in the app. Then I tried to call the office several times and no one ever called me back. I made another appointment online for May 2024 (from October) and got stuck in an Uber in traffic for 2 hours. I called the office right away to let them know I was running late. The service was unable to reach the office (shocker) but sent them a message. Surprisingly I got a call back to cancel my appointment because I would have arrived 3 minutes beyond the 15 minute grace period. I left my house at 7:50am (Uber) to get to a 9:30am appointment from Yonkers, NY. While I understand he has other patients, considering he canceled my appointment last minute 6 months ago, he could have been more flexible.

Google review (Ahmad Hakim): Didn’t like their personality or bedside manner. Arrogant, stated that even with treatment, my skin wouldn’t look as good as his. That’s not what patient wants or need to hear when seeking medical assistance from a “physician”.
