It was the best experience I have had. From the start everyone was very attentive. As soon as I came in I was greeted and directed where to go. Process was fast and got called to see the doctor in no time. Doctor Ding was very professional and spoke to in full details and how my skin was getting dry and irritated. Then put on a break down of the solution to contain it and get rid of it. Dr Ding gave me information on all lotions in which I may apply to properly to my skin to fully hydrate. I've been seeing Dr Ding at City Derm for the past 3 years, and had my first biopsy then. She was very attentive and careful while doing whole body cancer screening, her bed side manner was excellent and she made me feel comfortable. Dr Ding happily answered all my question regarding my skin care routine and UV protection. The office is clean and takes all necessary CoVid protection measures. Highly recommend!
