The staff and nurse were very attentive and very well spoken and pleseant individuals. They did manage to squeeze me in an appointment in short notice because of my symptoms which i do appreciate the staffs attentiveness. The male doctor, he seemed to be uphauled and offended which i can not blame him. I walked in here with hope they can find out what rash is spreading on my leg,however , when I made my appointment, I was not informed that they have a mandatory filing of your crefit card for your appointment for co insurance deductable. I personally am not financially stable enough to be able to leave preauthorization to spontaneously disperse funds that i will not have for the time the office would require to be paid for co-insurance part that is not found out until they process the visit with insurance . I am pretty sure a lot will not have this problem in this area, unfortunately, i was embarassed after finding out these details once I got to my appointment. The nurse was nice enough to ask the dr. for me. The dr. Took one look at me said "am i done?have a nice day!"Hopefully ill be able to find someone soon that will not to attempt a potential spontaneous financial burden on unwealthy patients in need. Very discouraging and embarassing. If I would have known this policy while making the appointment, i would have found another dermatologist that was more concerned with their patients instead of storing and expecting preauthorization for their patient's credit card information for a coinsurance deductable that none of us know what cost that would be and for us not wealthy people to be suceptable of over charge which always happens with insurance. I can not afford to abide by their strict monetary policy. If you can, they seem to have good ratings for a more fortunate community. This was a male doctor i am referring to in the same office. Dr. Laura is great! Very good doctor, knowledgeable and attentive. She and her staff were very nice and she took the time to talk and explain everything to me. She was on time for the appointment and I left pleased with my treatment and follow up.

Dr Zappi is warm, caring and even more was not quick to make an immediate diagnosis on a lip that was causing me problems for several weeks. She had me try something first before she would perhaps need to do a biopsy. The results were that I did not need the biopsy. The first appointment I had with her ( she was highly recommended to me) she took the time to hear & listen to what had gone on with my lip for quite a while. I highly recommend her to anyone who want a doctor who who cares and is quite thorough.

It's a busy place, but everyone is nice, calm,easy going and helpful. I have seen both doctors and they are terrific...both show concern and compassion and take care of you.

Dr Zappi is an extraordinary doctor. I am very pleased with the surgery she did on my hand which proved not to be a carcinoma but a squamous cell. (I think I have that right.) Also the scar is barely visible.
