First appointment was establishing care with a new primary care doctor (hence only four stars). But I felt heard and listened to. As I recently relocated from another city, needed to start from scratch and she helped get me all the referrals I needed. I’d recommend!

So I have tried booking with this doctor for sometime I wanted an African American doctor and came across her profile on Zocdoc only for her to cancel my appt either same day or the minute I booked due to an emergency/her not being in the office. I have emails and phone conversations of the cancellations from the office .I missed one appt which I mistakenly booked in the morning and tried to rescheduled for the next day instead she cancel that appt. Today I decided to try one last time I was accused of cancellations and no shows which aren’t true and when I tried to produce the evidence I was met with a disgruntle Zocdoc operator that works there. This office is ridiculous! What is the penalty for when doctors cancel on their patients nothing but if a patient were to do the same penalties make it make sense.. Due to the feedback on here and the ratings of this doctor Zocdoc truly lied about the integrity of this doctor’s rating. Perhaps this was a sign.

Please avoid this doctor. Totally incompetent. Falsely diagnosed me with several things that the respective specialists told me I didn't have and were shocked how she got to that conclusion. Seriously not worth it at all. And doesn't help that the reception staff is so rude. No redeeming factors.

Avoid this doctor. Ask for another provider if she is assigned to you in the hospital. Might hurt you instead of helping. Very upset by her
