First time visiting this hospital and I was treated very professionally and with empathy. I had nerve testing done today and I forgot my ID. I walked up to the security guard and honestly told them that I forgot my ID. They were very accommodating and found another way to securely find me in their system; I have been to other Mount Sinai locations. I truly appreciate the security for their help! I was directed to the correct floor and suite. I was quickly registered and called in. The EMG technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your care!
