Heiba Belal

My past experiences with Dr. Belal were very positive. She is a knowledgeable and detailed oriented doctor. She answered all my questions and made me understand everything about my treatment plan. I recommend her highly.

I scheduled an appointment well in advance, and they canceled it on the day of without even a phone call to apologize. They texted me just two hours before the appointment, and that was it. They also ask you to pay the copayment beforehand, so not only did I not see the doctor, but they kept my copayment as well.

While I thought the Dr had a very kind and empathetic manner— this was my first visit—the follow up was very bad. She left me in an exam room for 1/2 hr because she neglected to notify the phlebotomist. Then I never received any contact regarding my blood tests— despite messages to her office and on my chart. Nothing.

Dr Belal is such a breath of fresh air. She takes time to address every concern, is extremely responsive and helpful ! highly recommend.

Dr Belal is such a kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable doctor. She is everything we need in a medical professional.
