My doctor retired and Dr. Austein was recommended by many friends and I am glad I listened. He is patient and kind and answers all your questions. The staff is awesome and it is a very comfortable atmosphere. I am in Queens and still make the trip for my appointments and am happy I found a good doctor.

I'm so relieved that I finally found a Primary care Doctor that takes his time and due diligence with me as a patient. Explaining side effects of medication if there are any. Hell tell you how it is if you like it or don't like it the honesty is what I respect. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. You'll be hard pressed to find an other Doctor like him in Sheepshead Bay

Everyone at the doctors office treated me very well and very professional and the doctor was very professional and answered all my questions and gave me great feedback and spent 45 minutes with me in the room, thank you all and happy holidays

Have moved to at least 45 minutes from Dr. Austin’s office and still gratefully come to him. He and the staff – I can’t express my gratitude enough. Highly recommend.
