Dr. William Y Wong, DDS

Recently went to see Dr.Wong and he was fantastic! He gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had! I appreciate how he put numbing cream on my teeth too to ensure there was no pain. He described the things that didn't look right and told me what to do to help with the issues. A fantastic dentist!

It was a nightmare. I suffered lots of pain and TMJ/TMD since 2021 which I didn't have before I visited their dental clinic. It costs me lots of money and made my life so hard for the irreversible damage they caused. Now I still live with pain with bad occlusion,TMJ and toothache. I deeply regret choosing this dentist. He gave me two filings which he said it was light decay, but one of them was painful right after the filling which he fixed after 8 months, now slightly. But at the same time, the following dental work caused my occlusion and TMJ/TMD problem, probably made me open mouth widely too long, changed occlusion and stress from 8 months toothache which the TMJ specialist said it might be the reasons why it happened after dental work. Because the last dental work, he probably had two patients or more at the same time, so he left me serval times for mouth opening and he changed my occlusion negligently and impatiently that I told him I bit my teeth immediately when I was talking right after the adjustment and I felt there was stone when I was eating vegetable, probably because he reshaped some of my teeth and others became higher compared to the balance I had before. He even laughed at that I didn't clean my vegetable well which just my bite was changed. I didn't put a review that time because I thought he was good and tried to fix the problem which I appreciated the earlier time. I found this dentist because he had lots of good reviews on Zocdoc which I doubted it now. He should be good, but just cared less about patients which might cause lots of unnecessary pain. Another worst part is that they tried to make you think it's your own problem, created problems to charge more and leave you with problems after charging you many many times.

Dr. Wong is so professional and kind. He explains everything in such great detail that i never have questions and even calls after visits to make sure everything went well which is more to say for alot of doctors. His office is big and clean. They always have new technology and best of all, he doesnt push treatment like a retail seller. Hes the best in NYC especially if you dont like going to the dentist!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the punctuality and professional care given to my dad by Dr.Wong. Our experience at this facility and with Dr.Wong was the best. The dentist was very knowledgeable and helped my dad to feel better with treatment and future tips for oral health.
