Terrible bookkeeping. I went to the office for tooth ache, that was fine but the assistant cleaner told me I was due for cleaning the day of so I scheduled it for another day that I was ready to have my teeth cleaned. The next time I came, there was no notice that the doctor had gone on vacation. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME. So I made another appointment. TODAY, I go to the office to get my teeth cleaned and another assistant doing my xrays tells me that my insurance will not cover it because I am not due for cleaning. Are you telling me, the previous assistant was lying to me so that I can get wrongfully charged if I agreed to a teeth cleaning? THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. I write this review after they told me this. DO BETTER!

I went to the consultation and they recommended me to perform an endodontics with the supposed objective of saving the tooth. However, after the procedure I was informed that I had to extract it, which is illogical, since an endodontics is precisely performed to preserve the tooth. The explanation they gave me was confusing and incoherent, claiming that "the nerve was very small," something that was never noticed before the treatment. I got home with intense pain, without being prescribed adequate medication, and finally I lost my tooth as a direct consequence of its malpractice and disorganization.

I always come here for cleanup and checkup. I had a cleaning done today and it was very well done. No pain, teeth looking great. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. I went in due to 3 weeks of severe pain and after my first appointment my pain subsided drastically. Five days later I went in for a deep cleaning and arestin antibiotics treatment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Lee and his team were amazing. I am so happy my co-worker recommended this dental clinic.
