the staff at Dr Jake Shapiro’s office are awesome. the front desk team is accommodating, friendly, and the appt reminders they send are timely. the hygienists are all top quality as well and even take the time to remove my coffee and green veggie stains - leaving my teeth feeling brand new every time. Dr Jake is professional, well studied and adds a nice level of humor to my visits.

Dr. Shapiro & his staff have made a great difference in my life. There are so many instances I can’t describe them all here except to say that in addition to outstanding care he has also been very charitable, esp about a mistake, I’m embarrassed to say, that I made in the past when I thought I could get an expensive procedure done elsewhere for less—huge mistake. He was incredibly understanding when I came back & also made sure I was well taken care of. A similar thing just happened with my husband. In addition, whenever we’ve had an emergency, even at night on a weekend, one of the doctors has already responded immediately—i.e., within 10-15 minutes tops. Just recently Irene, an outstanding hygienist, discovered a cracked tooth & on the next visit some gum erosion due to an old crown that needed to be replaced. Her conscientiousness has saved me two teeth because I was able to get the problem treated immediately. Although I miss Arlene, the office’s stellar manager who just retired after decades (which proves it’s a great practice to work for!) I’m incredibly grateful knowing that my family & I have always been in good hands & am happy to be able to share my experience of over 30 yrs with Dr. Shapiro’s terrific practice.
