I had a great experience with Dr. Chan and his dental office. The clinic is always clean, neat, and very well organized, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. I regularly come in for deep cleanings, and the care is consistently professional and thorough. Dr. Chan takes the time to give helpful recommendations, including proper flossing techniques, useful dental care tips, and making sure necessary X-rays are done to monitor my oral health. He explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and caring dentist.

made an appointment about 2 months ago and confirmed that they accepted my insurance. got a call literally a week before my appointment and turns out they are not accepting new patients under my insurance. basically wasted my time in finding a proper dental provider.

5/5 stars for having one of the best dentists and dental hygienists in NYC. Nobody ever asks me to open my mouth wider and that just makes for a better experience. Every single dentist before this office has always asked me to repeatedly open my mouth wider. Took off one star because it can be SO hard to make an appointment and it can be a LONG wait until you get seen, even if you made an appointment. Mixed feelings about the long wait time because I once had an emergency procedure done on the spot. I believe the staff gives their full attention to every patient.

I started going to Dr. Chan because my partner raved about him! I have been going periodically for 6 months for an implant procedure. I have nothing but accolades. Very thorough, professional, and great demeanor. Highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone!!!
