Google review (Maria Gomez): I deeply regret ever trusting Dr. Paul Cohen with my dental care. Based on my experience (and now seeing how many others have had similar problems), I believe this dentist consistently engages in reckless and harmful practices.
After he performed a filling on me, I developed severe nerve pain. Instead of properly medicating or addressing the exposed pulp at the time of treatment, he simply brushed it off and told me I “might have sensitivity for a few days.” He knew exactly what he had done — drilled too deep — and still failed to give me proper informed consent about what that meant or the risks involved.
As a result, I was left suffering through weeks of unnecessary pain, which later escalated into an infection and the need for a root canal. Had he been transparent and competent from the start, this could have been prevented.
It’s extremely concerning that a dentist with decades of experience still makes these kinds of mistakes, then fails to take accountability or give patients honest explanations. Reading other reviews now, I see this seems to be a pattern: patients being left with damaged teeth, mounting dental bills, and a sense of being misled.
Dental care should be about trust and integrity. Unfortunately, Dr. Cohen has demonstrated neither. I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment here to seek another provider.

Google review (dee dee): I went to Dr. Cohen's office and waited for 3 hours to be seen. In addition, I was given a price of close to $6,000 for dental work for 2 teeth. In addition, I asked for the tooth to be capped because the filling fell out! I said to put something on it so to does not get infected. Well, of course, the Dentist knows best! Thanks to them I have a throbbing toothache. To add insult to injury they did not tell patients doctors were in fact out of the office for 3 weeks. Rotation of schedules is needed to serve patients. If there are no Dentists available then say that when the appointment is being made. First and last. They lost a customer. I will not return under any circumstances not even for a cleaning.

Google review (Jerrod F): This dentist will purposely mess up your teeth in hopes of you possibly coming back to have them re-done. Years ago, he put massive fillings in my teeth where they began to come out only months later. He destroyed my molars which left me with a distrust of dentists ever since. If you choose to have this dentist work on your mouth, just be wary and do not all him to ruin your teeth. Your best bet is not going to him at all.

Google review (Mohammed Masoud): Worst dental office on earth. If you are going for cleaning you will probably wait for about an hour not too bad. But for anything else forget it you will be there for 2+ hours before you will be even seen. My appointment was at 2pm I wasn’t seen until 4pm.
Let me tell you about my lovely experience. The front desk told me I have no copayments for my fillings but after the dentist started drilling to remove the cavity the “manager” her name was Natalia comes and tells me I have to pay $250 to finish my teeth. So now the doctor started drilling so there is no going back I have to get the filling. I asked what was the reason that it’s my first time hearing of this copayment? They all started blaming each other (meanwhile front desk told me I have nothing to worry about). Every patient has the right to say yes or no to a therapy cost. With all rudeness Natalia (Manager) says if you do not have the money for the dentist to finish her job then we can put you a temporary filling for now and you can come back when you have the money. It’s like a butcher shop not a dentist office. If you can go somewhere else please do. If you can’t then I would say your probably better off letting your teeth fall out before going there.

Google review (Deneice Woodard): Do NOT go here. Do NOT USE YOUR MONEY OR INSURANCE plans IN THIS PLACE. The Management team is AWEFUL (Administrator-Natalia & Manager-Mario). The DENTIST are nasty, mean and disrespectful. The counter persons are RUDE. They never NEVER answer the phones and most of all the place is DIRTY. They over schedule, have NO back up plan and super poor records. I am so ready to go to the News and get a lawyer involved. Don’t go to this horrible place Trust & Believe me.
