Wonderful experience with Dr. Dhingra and the team at Spring St. Dermatology. The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly. The medical assistant, I believe his name is Jean-Pierre but apologies if I’m mis-remembering, was very pleasant and attentive. Dr. Dhingra himself was just as pleasant and took his time listening to my concerns. He didn’t try to push products the way a lot of dermatologists tend to do, and he recommended a comprehensive routine that would be best suited to my skin based on my history. I have a follow-up appointment in 2 months and I’m feeling optimistic that I’ll see some results by then!

Dr. Dhingra is the third dermatologist I went to see in a nine month period. I went to two different dermatologist before that that who I felt like weren’t willing to listen to me or understand my skin conditions. They prescribed me the usual suspects, even though I suspected that I did not have normal acne. I saw no improvements for my skin. And then my experience w Dr D! Within five minutes of my first session with Dr Dhingra he quickly diagnosed me with rosacea, and took the time to understand my skin. I finally felt like I had someone who listened to me, and who understood and took the time to diagnose me properly. It feels really good to have someone who is super knowledgeable and takes the time to really help you feel good when dealing with something that can shake your confidence. Thanks Dr Dhingra!

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Dhingra and I am extremely happy about the quality of medical service. He has excellent bed side manners and superb attention to detail. Dr. Nikhil Dhingra is an excellent dermatologist! I highly appreciate his work, professionalism and dedication to each and every patient! I visited his office for moles scan and other skin problems. He carefully checked all my moles and collected some for biopsy. He was very gentle and he made me very good recommendations which solved my problems. So so much appreciated!!
