Dr. Gordon is a great provider. She is caring, patient, and direct. She thoroughly explains results, treatment plan, and next steps with patients. She follows up with her patients. She overbooks her schedule, when needed to ensure that her patients’ are taken care of. I read some of the negative posts noted below and it is sad that someone would purposely try to hurt her reputation. As patients, we need to be responsible and respectful of other people’s time. If we are unable to make an appointment, we should call ahead of time and cancel/reschedule. There are other patients that need to be seen and could be scheduled or moved up if we are unable to make an appointment. A provider has every right to discharge a patient if they continue not to show up for their appointment. Failure to keep medical appointments hinder the provider’s ability to properly care for their patients.
