This review is loooong overdue I've been seeing Madi for 3-4 years now for an annual facial, 3-4/yr microneedle, and for keloid scar treatment, something I never considered possible as a melanated individual. I also used the full Rose skincare line for over a year. I love this office because no one introduces insecurities to me to make a sale + they have never entertained a baseless insecurity of mine (Madi let me know years ago that she won't discuss injectables as a treatment option with me for another 5 years because I simply don't need them and instead recommended red light for my concerns, one of the best things I have ever done for my skin). - Love the facials! Madi is very thorough and gentle. - Microneedle has done wonders for my skin! It's cleared up old and new acne scars + since we've been consistent, my skin responds very well to it, glowing after it's healed. Madi also takes the extra step to make sure it's as painless as possible (case-by-case of course) - My scars were 12- and 3-years-old. I had the honor and privilege of finally meeting Dr. Ingleton for cortisol (cortisone? One of those) shots + following up with Madi for laser. My 12-year-old scar has responded so well in a way I never expected: no longer brownish red, raised, and angry but flat and basically my skin tone! The newer scar is taking longer because I messed up and didn't protect it from the sun, but it went from bubbly to flat + the color has improved. I've never had a scheduling or billing problem per some of the other reviews, maybe it was a different staff back then? Regardless, I can say I am truly so happy with my skin, I want for nothing, and I can only thank the Dr. and, most of all, Madi for taking such care of my skin, as if it were their own!
