Despite the many negative words being said about this office and its staff, in my humble opinion, this office is excellent, and so are its staff. The times I've been there for treatment, I've been treated extremely well. I have no complaints about any of them. I recommend them 100%!

Dr. Juan Collado is very good, professional and very gentle. The dental office is excellent and very clean. He treats every person with love and respect. I recommend this dentist 100%.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went there based on my dentist’s referral, and I was stunned by the terrible service. In short, I waited a total of four hours for the consultation. After waiting an hour, I was asked to take an X-ray, which was done without a protective vest (even though one was hanging on the wall). I then waited another hour and was mistakenly sent to the wrong practitioner’s office. When I finally saw Dr. Collado, I had to wait yet another hour lying in the chair whith no explanation or treatment. In the end, when I decided to walk out—after being left alone in his office for a long time—he briefly returned and said he couldn’t do the procedure, something he could have mentioned at the very beginning. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional and amateur. Don't go!

I scheduled an appointment for 10am via phone call and, after not being seen for over an hour, checked in with the receptionist to see what was going on as people who came after me were being called in before me. The receptionist did not speak English, and had to call over an English-speaking staff member. Only when the translator came over and checked my insurance card and looked me up in their system did he realize my appointment was never added to their system. The man was very nonchalant about the entire thing, and asked me if I can come in tomorrow. I told him no and then he asked if I can come Thursday. Again, I said no. The man then says my appointment was never put in the system, said sorry for the inconvenience, and told me to call to make a new appointment. They wasted my time and I was shocked at how unprofessional and ridiculous their staff was. Very, very unprofessional and not an ideal dentist office if you don’t speak Spanish. ZERO STARS. Do not come here.
