Google review (Amanda Soares): My family has been going to Dr. Aives for years and I can honestly say that he is the best dentist in Delaware County. At first I didn't like going to the dentist but Dr. Aives was very informative and gentle on my teeth. My 3 year old also adores that office, as they have a kid friendly waiting room. My teeth has never felt so great and smooth! I would recommend 100%!!!

Google review (Christopher Keune): Dr Aives is one of the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet and saved my vacation. While I was on a skiing trip with my fiance, I happen to take the double black diamond and managed to have an accident that left me with 2 chipped teeth and a loose tooth. Needless to say this happened on Sunday when most dental offices were closed. The only dental office open and willing to take me in was Dr John Aives. He knew from the sound of my voice that my situation was dire and needed immediate attention to salvage my vacation. And boy did he ever!!! Not only was he sincere and kind, he was actually very gentle and I did not experience any pain. We shared a few laughs about the accident and before I knew it I was back on the slopes(minus the double black diamond). I would highly recommend Dr Aives, as he is a professional dentist and saved my vacation!

Google review (Crystal Petersen): I have been a client of Dr. Jonathan Aives for about a year and have had a wonderful experience with my regular check ups and cleanings. However, I wasn't able to make an appointment due to family being discharged from the hospital. I have left 4 voicemails in regards to rescheduling with no response. No one has picked up the phone since November. Seeing how they won't call me back I am now forced to find a new dentist... hopefully with better customer service.

Google review (Kerri Rinehart): I have been going to Dr.Aives for four years now, I was so afraid of going to the dentist and hadn’t gone in a long time. Dr. Aives has made it so I’m not afraid any more and my teeth look and feel great and don’t hurt anymore. And since I’m not nervous about going my kids aren’t either.... They absolutely love him and do very well getting there teeth done. I always get reminder notes for when my family is due for cleanings. I recommend Dr. Aives to everyone, Just a cleaning, for the kids and if you are just really nervous. Thank you for all the help with my teeth over the years 😄

Google review (arley scofield): Receptionist at the desk was pretty rude. Didn't like my insurance when I requested a deep cleaning and said I needed prior approval from my insurance. I said I don't think that is accurate and that I was free to call my insurance. So I did. The insurance said there was no prior approval needed. When I called back to discuss this there was no answer and no return phone call. I tried a few times during the week. I called from a different number the day before my appointment and she answered. She stated that she told me the office needed prior approval. I discussed the phone call with my insurance company and said that was not accurate. She then stated she cancelled my appointment for the next day because I was having insurance issues. Did not call me to tell me this at any point during the week when she did cancel it. Said there was no reschedule date and maybe I should look for someone else.
