Absolutely unacceptable. This office charged me an annual deductible for a simple cleaning, even though my insurance clearly states that deductibles do NOT apply to preventive services and are only for basic and major procedures. This is Dental Insurance 101, and there is absolutely no excuse for getting it wrong. When I called to question the charge, the staff hung up on me. That is an unbelievable way to treat a patient. The lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect was shocking. How a doctor or office manager allows staff to treat patients this way is beyond me. Instead of correcting the mistake, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. It genuinely felt like they either don’t understand how dental insurance works or are intentionally overcharging patients and hoping no one will challenge it. Between the incorrect billing, lack of transparency, and outright rude behavior, this office has completely lost my trust. I will not be returning and strongly warn others to carefully review their statements before trusting this office with their care or money.

I loved my experience with Dr. Arakelova she provides great customer services & detailed information for her patients. She has the best interest of her patients. Her staff is also friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I will come back for any future needs & would recommend her to anyone

I have been visiting Dr. Iana Arakelova since 2008, making that 17 years. Every visit is very informative & extremely helpful from the imaging, procedures & any suggestions that are needed. I would recommend her practice to anybody, 100%.

Dr. Arakelova has been managing my teeth for close to 10 years now. All dental procedures she performed since then, proved to be successful. She is very professional, efficient while at the same time creating very positive personal experience - and that makes all the difference. Also, her office team is always very nice and professional as well.
