I have mostly had a good experience at this dental practice. I had some elaborate and expensive work done including dental implants which, so far, has turned out well. Where I have had trouble is in using the dental insurance that I have for basic dental work. I came to this practice on a recommendation from my insurance company which requires a “primary dentist “ designation, but when I insisted on paying the usual co pay rate rather than three or four times as much I was subjected to a ridiculous argument. I have never encountered this kind of response at any doctors before, and it did leave a bad taste.

I thought one odd the front desk people were all about making money. I am disabled and on SSDI. When I saw the surgeon, she was very nice! I explained that I'm only here to have a single tooth implant and that the few other cavities I have I will have taken care of my dentist who takes my insurance since you don't take my insurance. I knew I'd be paying out a pocket which held from my church. Then as I was waiting for my receiver and paperwork spelling out the cost of everything the one woman at the desk made a remarks that was totally contradictory to what the surgeon told me. I won't mention anything and I certainly won't be going back there again.

I had my first appointment with this office for a cleaning and checkup. The front desk staff were pleasant enough and I waited about 15 mins or more before seeing the hygenist. She tried to be pleasant but I found her to be rough and the cleaning took about 5 minutes...maybe less...the fastest cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. I spent more time waiting than getting my teeth cleaned. The dentist came in after and was also pleasant but I dont see myself going back.

Very friendly and patient staff. From billing to procedures, all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. I enjoyed the “matter of fact” discussion surrounding dental care as opposed to the typical “lecturing” one might expect to receive. I felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this office for those shopping around for a new Primary Dental Care Provider.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! Rosie was phenomenal and everyone here is super friendly. Female doctor was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I would come here everyday if I needed to.
