Absolutely unacceptable. I had a scheduled appointment and still waited over 5 hours to be seen. There was no communication, no apologies, and no consideration for patients’ time. This office is clearly poorly managed and completely disregards scheduling. I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere unless you have an entire day to waste.
