Dr. Kil is great to work with! She truly understands all skin types/ethnicities (I’m biracial) and takes the time to understand your issues and give advice. I have been dismissed in the past or rushed by previous dermatologists but that has never been the case here. The office is also very pretty and zen so it’s always an enjoyable experience while you wait to be called back.

Dr. Kil is fantastic! She’s super thorough and really takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. I had really bad acne when I was younger, and I’ve really appreciated her thoughtful plan to help keep it away. As someone who’s very fair-skinned, I also love how careful and detailed she is during skin checks. She makes me feel comfortable and cared for every visit. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve been struggling with hormonal cystic acne ever since I was a teenager and after trying and failing to fix it with a bunch of different acne face washes and creams, I finally decided to visit a dermatologist. Dr. Kil and New Bloom Dermatology were amazingly welcoming and basically solved 90% of my problem within two visits. I’m really looking forward to working with Dr. Kil some more to continue improving my skin and lighten the acne marks I’ve accumulated over the years. Thank you Dr. Kil!

Dr Erin’s office is so clean and tidy. The reception area is beautiful . Intake system is on an Ipad. The room where you get checked is very clean. Dr Erin is so kind and straightforward. Asks the right questions . Doesn’t try to upsell you on any treatments - just tells you what you need and even suggests regular cleansers you can pick up at any CVS etc… they do sell the Derma-E line in the office though, so if you want to save time you can just buy it there!

Dr. Kil was very professional and her skill and expertise were apparent from the visit. I was anxious before the visit but luckily everything was fine. Her knowledge was reassuring.
