Disappointed. He was my favorite doctor and I saw him multiple times at his previous practice. Now that he's a "dermatologist to the stars" I guess he's forgotten about us little guys. He flat out won't accept patients at his new Hudson Yards office. I've been trying for two years to get an appointment and each time they say unless you've been to this particular office, he won't see you. What an ego on this guy, guess we just aren't famous enough for basic medical treatment.

I was a patient of Dr B’s but since moving to his new office and the pandemic I was not able to see him. He has since become famous and when I tried to book an appointment I was told he was not taking on new patients since the recent press with Martha Stewart. When I explained I was not a new patient, his office said, because you have not seen Dr B. at this location (forgetting we are in the middle of a pandemic) you are considered a new patient here and can either see someone else at their office or find a new doctor. I was a bit shocked that they were being so cavalier about it. Funny thing is I work for a Fortune 500 company and a lot of the senior executives (white women) seem to be getting appointments fairly easy for someone not taking on new patients and I know they’re new patients because I recommended him! Welp! going to have to find a new dermatologist—feel free to recommend someone Google!

Dr Bhanusali, is one of the best dermatologist in NYC. He's kind-hearted and very knowledgeable. Going for my laser therapy with him next month.
