I had as pleasant as possible visit with Dr Chao. The receptionist quite helpful. My surgery conducted in her in-office operating theater was thorough. The cyst removal was more complicated than anticipated, but she did a fine job. Prior to surgery, she explained her treatment plan in detail.

I wish i can rate 0 star to the receptionist!! terrible service and bad attitude. After I had terrible experience with the receptionist and i told her the review on google mentioned the receptionist is extremely bad, and she said:"it doesn't matter" LMAO, shame on her

They should seriously hire a new receptionist.

The receptionist is the worst.

Dr. Chao is very professional and she is the best! I genuinely never had a better experience at a surgery and in all honestly she is a great person and doctor overall.
