Ali Mithani, DDS

Why is it a one rating when Ali has a 4.97 rating? It didn't have anything to do with him but rather with his receptionist. It was my first time, and instead of allowing me to meet with Dr. Mithani, for a consultation, the receptionist was more concerned about whether I had an x-ray done to see whether she could bill my dental insurance. I asked her whether he does implant, and she hestitated and gave me a long-winded overview of the dental procedure and how it takes about a year to complete. Sadly, it was all about billing my dental insurance, and I walked out without a solution. Then, if I go to another dental who may be able to do the work, the receptionist made the money from my dental insurance, and I wouldn't be able to use said dental insurance. So, I wasted my time, walked out of that receptionist room, wondering what made this dental provider receive great rating, when I walked away confused and frustrated knowing that the receptionist didn't care about my situation but rather how she can bill my dental insurance without me getting nothing in return. Zocdoc may need to know this sad reality. Sorry, Dr. Mithani, but your receptionist took your role without permission. I had a terrible and shocking experience.

Dr. Mithani has been my dentist for many years. He is a phenomenal dentist and I couldn't be happier with the practice. I recommend him to everyone in my office.
