Google review (Elaine Greco): Dr. Greenspan is very nice and tried valiantly to help me with a chronic issue that remained unresolved for years. But his staff-! They were often unprofessional “mean girls”, dropping snide comments behind partially closed doors, saying ugly things on the phone, etc . Dr Greenspan himself apologized for the behavior of one of them after it was super egregious. If you go on anything more than an occasional basis, be prepared for the possibility that this sort of behavior may manifest. I don’t know why I kept going back. The doctor himself is very nice.

Google review (Shreya Bakliwal): I have been a regular patient with Dr. Greenspan. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and spot-on with prognosis. He is also a great person; I love that he is so positive, curious, and wishes the best for his patients.
Probably the BEST dermatologist that I have been to.

Google review (Ryah Mesch): I was referred to this office by my primary doctor. When I called I explained that I was incredibly worried about my condition and wanted to know if they took my insurance, and if they could see me as soon as possible. They hastily told me they did accept my insurance, which is Oxford. They failed to explain there were different tiers, to which I apparently am in the wrong one. The soonest appointment was over a month away, and I agreed not wanting to have to wait longer. As I said I was incredibly worried. I decided to call back the next day and ask again if I could be seen sooner, if they had a cancellation or something. They agreed they might call in that case. I never got a call about a cancellation which is fine, and patiently waited over a month for the appointment, as scheduled. I arrive to my appointment and I’m immediately told they don’t accept my insurance. I leave with a referral to some other doctor they googled, which doesn’t have any availability for the next three months and requires a whole new referral from my NPN. This, in my opinion, is negligence on behalf of the reception staff who should have known to ask better questions about insurance if they knew it might be an issue. I am left in distress, still very concerned about my condition. I hope they can address this lapse and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Google review (Adam Sattler): Dr. Greenspan is a TOP dermatologist. He is extremely careful and diligent when it comes to skin checks. He found my skin cancer and I was able to get it removed in time BEFORE it spread. He is caring and careful. He is really THE BEST. He is consistently named one of the best dermatologists in NEW YORK.

Google review (Jasmine Lam): I saw Dr. Greenspan a few weeks ago. When I arrived, I could not understand how the waiting room was so packed to the point where all the chairs were taken and people were standing by the door. One by one, like an assembly line, I watched people go in and emerge 5 to 10 minutes later. When it was my turn, I finally understood. Dr. Greenspan saw me for about 5 minutes. When I asked him if my condition was a cyst, he told me he didn't know and that it sounded like it. I asked how we could treat it and he said there was nothing that could be done and that if the supposed cyst's odor bothered me, I could go get Covid so I would lose my sense of smell. I got the bill for 140 today and intend to appeal with my insurance. I also called my regular dermatologist, sent a photo of my condition and was asked to make an appointment because he could treat it.
