Dr. Dai is an exceptional doctor and has been the only one who truly listened to me. I have been struggling with an autoimmune condition, and she took her time, cared about what I was saying, and took my concerns seriously. Her compassion, patience, and thoroughness helped me tackle things I had been struggling with for a long time, and because of her, I gained my confidence back. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to truly understand them, not just treat symptoms. I’m incredibly grateful I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who actually listens.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dai’s office yesterday. It was 90 degrees outside in New York City, and I traveled by two trains and walked seven blocks to make it to my appointment. I arrived approximately five minutes late. I’m in my 60s, recently underwent treatment for kidney cancer, and unfortunately don’t move around as quickly as I once did. When I arrived, there were no patients in the office, and the receptionist appeared overwhelmed handling everything alone. I was checked in and sat waiting to see the doctor. After sitting in an empty reception area for over 30 minutes, I finally got up to ask when I would be seen, only to be told that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I found the entire experience extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. Patients deserve clear communication, consideration, and respect — especially after making the effort to travel in difficult conditions for a scheduled appointment. You can usually tell the professionalism of an office by the way people are treated. There’s an old saying: “The fish smells from the head down.” Unfortunately, my experience reflected poorly on how the office is managed and how patients are handled.

I can’t recommend Dr. Dai enough! I recently had a Vbeam treatment with her, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, set realistic expectations, and answer all of my questions so I felt completely comfortable. Her expertise and attention to detail really show — not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also genuinely cares about her patients’ results and overall experience. The treatment itself was quick and far more comfortable than I expected, and I’ve already noticed such an improvement. If you’re considering Vbeam or any cosmetic dermatology treatment, you’re in the absolute best hands with Dr. Dai. So grateful for her skill and care!

I'm beyond impressed with Dr Christina Day! My son had suffered with acne problems and she took the time to explain to my son her concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that actually works. After she treated the acne problem, she offered a solution to take care of the acne scars. The office staff are friendly and efficient too. Now, I am also a patient of hers now. Highly recommend!

She got results when others did not. She took into account my insurance coverage when making a prescription. I would say she performs miracles, but that might be setting the bar unfairly high. I highly recommend her. Also, her staff are friendly.
