Recovering from QTR (quad tendon rupture), I’ve seen several other, typical PTs where there would be a lot of “fancy” devices that I found to be gimmicky at best and didn’t notice much effect from. I thought that the 5–10 minutes that the multitasking physical therapist spent with me was the only time worth spending there. So I searched for something different when I found PTSoho online, and I’m so glad I did! One-on-one with a highly qualified therapist for the entire session! What a difference! PTSoho's team impressed me with their passion and enthusiasm for their job. Thoughtfulness and attention to detail continued to impress me. My PT even consulted extra specialists regarding my complicated case and developed a personalized plan. I’m now halfway through insurance-covered sessions and stretching what’s left, to have help learning to walk again. PT Soho is located inside the GYM NYC, where there is no shortage of equipment to make some sessions feel like working with an advanced personal trainer. Doing rehab exercises with a Pro-portable EMS device(which BTW was more powerful than stationary ones) - felt intense, to say the least, and helped a lot in activating severely atrophied quad muscles. This is something I’ve not heard to be done anywhere else.
