I've been a patient at this clinic for about a month for severe sciatica from a chronic injury and the progress I've made is incredible. He paid close attention in every session—using isometric exercises and targeting each muscle group around the knee. He was calm, explained why good form matters and exactly what to focus on, and built a clear plan with strong fundamentals. I’m now able to lift heavy again and feel confident. I also liked the gym-style workouts we did in their backroom—great bridge from PT to regular training. The staff are friendly and helpful from start to finish.
