I like Ryan center for the kids. I found out I'm expecting and they put me with a male Dr. Clark. I said fine because he was the only one there on that day and I didn't have an appointment. When my appointment was done and I had to schedule the following appointment I specifically said I didn't want Dr. Clark for my prenatal care and that I wanted a female like maybe Abbott but they put my appointment again with Dr. Clark not respecting my request for a females obgyn. I just canceled my appointment because I refuse to go to him again. I might find prenatal care elsewhere because he couldn't even tell me the correct amount of weeks I was. I never have this issue through my other pregnancies.

We normally go to the Harlem location but at the height of covid our office was turned into a covid testing site so we were sent here. They had safety precautions in place and the staff was cordial. Our visit was pretty quick. We were triaged and placed in an isolation room as a precaution since my son had previously ran a fever but the staff was nice and the doctor was thorough. I wouldn’t mind going back if it wasn’t so far from my neighborhood, especially since our PCP has relocated. But I appreciated their attentiveness to my son.
