Very good staff. They are polite, respectful and understanding. The Physical Therapist Dr. Albert at the Richmond office ,through his experience , is treating and helping to correct my disability with much satisfaction.

I unfortunately had an accident that required me to get an ACL reconstruction surgery along with a medial meniscus repair. This is my first time dealing with this life altering experience. I’m so glad I chose Richmond Physical Therapy (Richmond Ave location) as they have made my recovery experience pleasant and enjoyable. This recovery takes time and having a great PT is crucial. I always look forward to working with my PT, Dr. Pauline and I’m extremely grateful for her. Dr. Pauline answers all my questions and makes sure I understand why I’m doing certain exercises in order to strengthen my knee. Fear is real when it comes to anyone’s recovery journey. Dr. Pauline always checks in and makes sure I’m comfortable but also gives me reassurance and encourages me that I can actually do it. It is important to understand that the exercises you learn in PT must be done at home as well. The biggest part of your recovery comes from you & what your PT teaches you :) I’ve also had the pleasure of working with other PTs in this location and they are all amazing. Thank you Dr. Krishma, Dr. Bhavya, and Dr. Albert for working with me and helping me get my knee back to “working.” I also appreciate the staff that keeps this location running smoothly, especially when it gets busy. Teamwork makes the dream work and the teamwork in this location is amazing. Thank you Purodha, Edmund, Brianna, Sherene, Yostina and the rest of the staff for your professionalism, encouraging words and for always having such positive vibes!
