Arrived at the American Family Care Urgent Care moments before closing for the day. The front desk gave my daughter, with a cut finger that ultimately needed stitches, and I the white glove treatment. We felt welcomed like they just opened the doors! Lena and PA Jackson were very professional in diagnosing and treating my daughter’s cut finger. PA Jackson was very meticulous and gentle with my daughter. My daughter told me that she felt no pain when getting the stitches! PA Jackson’s bedside mannerism was impeccable. So, chilvary is not dead!

It was my first visit to this Urgent Care location. I was extremely happy with the service. I brought my daughter there she was seen very quickly. The whole process went by very quickly. The physicians assistant in whom she saw was very thorough and nice. They sent detailed discharge paperwork and we were in and out very quickly. They diagnosed appropriately and send prescriptions to the drugstore right away. I was extremely happy and will be going again. I guess the only downfall is that they don’t have on site x-ray and I don’t believe they have blood lab either. That would be the only downfall but no fault of any of the workers there extremely satisfied.
