Everyone was so kind and helpful! It actually feels like a place where the staff care about your health. I had some questions about my insurance and the staff were patient, caring, and answered everything perfectly. They even gave me a couple follow-up visits for free, so that I can follow-up about the issue until it heals. Amazing!

Marialry and yessafel are amazing the moment u walk trough the door your greeted with a smile and a welcome the service is very efficient and quick the providers are caring and hands on I would recommend oh yeah your in and in great time u won’t sit and wait all day They have Wi-Fi and the facility is beautiful

I can’t say enough good things about this medical urgent care center. The staff are pleasantly professional and caring! I went in with a with an urgent problem and within minutes the procedure recommended took less than 5 minutes and I felt so good to relieved and happy my pain was gone the relief was instant and problem that was causing the pain was manually eliminated. Heather you are an Angel ❤️ People sleep sound and so grateful for your God Given Medical Dr. Profession! Prayers be with you all at your wonderful clean warm practice 🙏

1 STAR — THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC I’VE EVER DEALT WITH I called MedRite specifically to ask if they do pre-op evaluations and provide surgery clearance letters. I was told YES. I came in, did all the tests, paid $300 upfront, and was assured by the front desk, MA, and PA that once my bloodwork was ready, they would send me my clearance letter immediately. It’s been over a week, and I still have NOTHING. I called to follow up and was told they would “send the bloodwork” but can’t give me the clearance letter because the provider isn’t in. Called again 3 days later — same excuse. Then I was told the other provider refuses to write the note. And finally, I was informed that they don’t do clearance letters at all, even though ALL THREE staff members promised me they do. To make it worse: The $300 I paid does NOT even include the lab fees. The lab is now sending me another bill for the bloodwork. So I basically paid MedRite just to get my blood drawn, and in the end, received absolutely nothing I needed. This place is misleading, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. They will say anything to take your money and then not deliver what they promise. Save your time and your money — go anywhere else.

If I wasn't getting prepared to finish school in California, I would've made this my PCP. Before you even get to the Doc the energy is amazing especially is Nurse Don is there. If you're shy of shots no worries the team is very professional and the office is athletically pleasing. Not a waste of time , Go find out for yourself. Ps after being turned downed sevices from CityMD , this is where I got assistance to get my HHA physical done, which is must needed for my three daughters. I'm grateful and hope this review helps. only mistake was on my part not recalling to ask for Dentist inquiry that resembles same professionalism and inshallah you get humor as well. amazing combination.
