Thera Physical And Occupational Therapy

Sabrina and Megan came highly recommended by my plastic surgeon's office for physical therapy after my bilateral mastectomy with DIEP FLAP reconstruction. Two sessions later, and I can understand why! They are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and holistic in their approach: lymphatic massage, scar massage, stretching, and strengthening. They are gentle yet challenging, and I already feel as though I've made so much progress in just two sessions! I almost cried after my first session because I could see the light at the end of the tunnel after such a major surgery. Followup e-mails after each session have been organized and appreciated. Highly, highly recommend!

Megan is the best! Not only do I feel like I am seeing consistent results after each one of our sessions, each session is therapeutic as Megan is so easy to talk to. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answers any and all questions about the process. I highly recommend Megan and Thera!
