I cannot recommend Stroma, and in particular, Dr. Jordan Seda, highly enough. Obviously, having to undergo physical therapy is stressful, but from booking to evaluation to follow-up is made as painless as possible with this team of professionals. Jordan is a consummate physical therapist, and not only is he incredibly smart and thorough, he is deeply compassionate and caring. While I will certainly not miss my tiresome shoulder pain at the end of this process, I will certainly miss the bi-weekly meetings and engaging conversations!
