Stride Physical Therapy, P.C.

This was my first time needing physical therapy. I have arthritis in my knee. I was so pleased with the service I received! Maurice and Arlene are wonderful! I felt so much better when I left and plan on returning weekly! You will be pleased!

Jonathan is the best. I had a pretty severe leg break about a year and a half ago, and after a year of pretty lack luster PT, I went in to see Jonathan and started to get a better handle on my recovery. The foot/ankle, she is a confusing and complicated beast. When I was experiencing pain on the pad of my foot, even though it wasn't where I broke my leg/ankle, I was frustrated and confused. Jonathan knew right away to look at the flexibility of my ankle and loosen my calf. Walking immediately became easier. I couldn't believe it! He does a great job of explaining how the system works together and working on all related muscles/joints. Once you get the hands on work from Jonathan, one of the amazing PTAs helps walk you through the exercises. They set everything up so all you have to do is go station to station doing the workouts. The environment is also comforting. The room is clean and airy, and at the end of your session they wrap you in ice. A nice retreat from the rest of new york.
