I stayed here for a couple of months, as part of my U.S. relocation benefit with work. The location is excellent for first timers in the city, in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, minutes away from Times Square and Central Park. The building boasts awesome top floor views, with good noise cancelling floor-to-ceiling windows. Unfortunately, the "luxury" bit is a stretch; the finishes are sloppy, the build materials are cheap/cardboard, and the flooring is artificial/plastic wood. The staff was lovely, there's a mailroom facility, as well as building amenities (gym, pool, indoor basketball court etc. - slightly overpriced in my opinion).
