The Tula medical professionals and administrative staff all provide friendly, supportive care. The physical environment is welcoming to both patients and their companions sitting in the pleasant waiting area. My PT is thoughtful, a good listener, and a creative problem-solver. Her instructions are clear. She modifies exercises to be appropriately challenging and to adapt my session and home exercises to the needs of that day. I have every confidence in the ability of the Tula team to help me reach my goals.

Today was my second therapy session at TULA with Evelyn Yim, and Evelyn was patient, informative and encouraging. I learned a great deal about how the exercises can help strengthen the muscles of even an older person like myself, and I was so pleased that Evelyn took the time to answer my questions and concerns. In addition, her thoughtful emails have been evidence of her listening to me and of a professional caring for her client.
